Hi all
Well i have reached my goal weight, actually below it. To me that was what i thought would be the hard part. The hard part now starts i feel in finding a way to get to my goal weight and maintain it to around this level. These last couple of days has been a bit of a struggle as i move from 900 to 1650 calories a day and to see where that leads me. At the moment i am struggling to consume more than 1200 a day. I am still monitoring my intake and will continue to do so daily. Well that's it for me now untill my next weigh in and hopefully i will know and understand more.
69.7 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Congrats big time on your achievements I recommend really monitoring your carb intake and see how much ur body tolerates to not gain weight. Will be trial and error Exciting times ahead You know what’s good to eat and what’s not I don’t call any food bad. Just call them sometimes foods Good on you 🥰
