continuing slow, steady process. Who knew this isolation lifestyle would make it easier for us. We have food & have made a menu plan that we are keeping to. Meat is used sparingly, the other night a stir fry with just 4 oz of pork for two of us and lots of veggies, To ward off the stir crazy, an afternoon walk - usually 2.5 miles.

Also A1C has gone down 2 pts and is in striking range of goal.
95.6 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
