So far so good in keeping my weight steady. Have increased my calorie intake to 1600 and this seems to be good point in keeping my weight steady. Some days i struggle to eat this much food. I know that in the past i would have no problems eating 3000+ calories. Saw my oldest daughter the other day and she did not recognise me except she recognised the car i was driving, i had not seen her for around 2 years as its a distance thing. Have to go now till next week - chow
