When my Gram was alive she went to a group called TOPS, which stands for Taking Off Pounds Sensibly. They weigh in each week and have a short lesson on nutrition or exercise. When you weigh in if you didn't lose any weight they referred to the weigh in as a turtle. So here I am this week a turtle. You know the funny thing of that particular group is after the weigh in and lesson they all went to Round Table for pizza.
