Okay, I finally feel like I can do this. I have been keeping myself busy and watching what I eat! I made a delicious stuffed pepper with ground turkey meat. So good, I feel like I can eat more, but I know I have to let it settle in my stomach. I'll save my second pepper for later on!
76.9 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 24.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
