🚶🏻‍♀️ walking on my air walker should help in the loss of this water weight . Got to try it any way.
I have beat my record of 15 minutes of air walker. I did 17 minutes.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
