Up .4 lbs. to 241.5, but OK after a weekend. I ate less than I normally do, and tomorrow I head into my weekly two day fast, so looking for nice losses as the week goes on.
109.5 kg Lost so far: 37.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
