I ended up working out before work yesterday. The only good thing that quarantine gave me was reflection time. I am so happy I am on this journey. I feel great. I'm almost to my first goal and I can't believe I lost 19 pounds already. It hasn't even been 2 months. I just want to cry 😭
68.8 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
