Getting there 🌠 Ankle still very sore this morning.

I've been icing it and using muscle patches, which really help with pain. The thing is, my dog has a UTI, so I have to take her out multiple times a day. I always wear my brace, but it doesn't help to constantly have to walk her for potty breaks. The early morning and evenings my husband helps, but he's at work most of the day. We have a fenced backyard, but she refuses to go in the backyard. She will hold it, as I've tried it multiple times before 😅
