Ignore this. Not a true loss. Guessing dehydration as I woke up thirsty. It’s been cooler so I’ve been back to my 3-4 bottles of water the last two days rather than my 100+ ounces of water and tea when it was over 100 degrees.
54.9 kg Lost so far: 18.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I also was able to catch up on some sleep last night. Full 10 hours in bed, but only about 8.5 of that was sleep.
