There is no naughty it is all daily efforts today you had a me day that’s all 💪👍 so get back on that path n keep going always allow your cravings in moderation n DONT JUDGE yourself seriously stress causes cortisol n that will stop you from losing weight so keep stress down n just live in moderation it is the key

Lol fair enough lol as you said you’ll get back into definitely just stay strong n continue to make the right effort but don’t judge yourself to harshly just keep going n getting right back in the right mindset again you got it practice makes sense 😁👍

I'm fine. Been doing keto since 2016. This is just the most that I have dropped the ball. It's ok to admin and accept you've been naughty and just how naughty you have really been. I think it's important actually. It helps you set and maintain healthy boundaries for yourself. I clearly broke my boundary. I'm far beyond it and it was a comfort thing during first iso. I fully allowed it for that reason but I went too far when the comfort wasn't needed still. There wasn't stress involved. Just realisation that now is the time to acknowledge I've had my fun and it's time to get back on track again.
