1st time in over 30 yrs I am under 200 lbs!!!

I worked very hard 👍🏼💪🏼
90.4 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I returned from my workout at the gym with a mask. I used to be able to do 120 minutes easy, now, 40 minutes with a wipe out at the end. Can't breath and just wiped out. But, I will ALWAYS wear a mask. I am totally about that. So, I am so ecstatic for you!! It's been tough. I totally get it. I hope you many fit and healthy years to come.
