Did my first InBody scan since March 6 (pre Covid). Up a pound in weight, 19.7% BF (up 2%). 181 lbs lean mass (down 3), Fat up 4 lbs. plenty of new material to turn into muscle.
Lifting numbers are getting close to what they were. I’d tell you the tape numbers, but I don’t know that the trainer is good with the tape yet (new guy). Everything supposedly got smaller except my belly (1 inch) and arm (same). 3 inch drop in the hips? Maybe 😊
