Fasting blood sugar 191; weight 177.7
Plan for the day: get back to IF today, be more active. Breakfast: Keto coffee only, snack at Bible study today will be pecans and almonds. Lunch was Keto no bake cheesecake cups. No exercise today -- will have to make up for that tomorrow. I did manage IF today.
Macros 10/82/8; calories 1145; fiber 12.5; net carbs 16.93
80.6 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
