Week 1 of p90x is done. I'm expecting a slight slow down due to muscle gains while my body does some measurement changes. Still, I'm very pleased with my progress.
117.3 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
