A little loss (FINALLY), but to be expected. I have had the whirlwind week, and the stress is through the roof. I have a co-worker that unfortunately also now lives above me, who has been harassing me and stalking me for over a year. I finally got a temporary restraining order against her, and things have been peaceful for the past few days. I don't expect this to last.
For right now, though, I'm getting back on track with diet/exercise, and hopefully the stress and anxiety will reduce as a result.
I did a bit of walking, but my diet has been dull. Grocery shopping today for a fridge full of fresh fruit, as the colors always cheer me up.
