Fasting blood sugar 124; weight 174.5; blood pressure 110/60 Plan for day: IF/Keto/exercise Busy day but sedentary. I did walk 1.2 miles this evening. Macros 7/71/22; 1347 calories; net carbs 18.22; fiber 7.6; bedtime glucose 121; blood pressure 120/70. I think I have adapted to the new blood pressure medicine ok. And I think my diabetes has adapted well to this keto/intermittent fasting WOE. I haven't been hungry and have managed to stick to 5/19 fasting most of the time. So I will continue this WOE.
