Tested negative for COVID 19. I do however have Pleurisy. Breathing hurts so bad. Back to bed.

74.1 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg. Still to go: 10.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.3 kg a Week

Ouch!! Pleurisy can be so painful 🙏for fast healing.
