I went over my calories 6 out of 7 days this week and I still feel like I lost a solid pound.
Cause I’m moved more walking.
I get bloated easily so won’t know for 2-3 days but I’m usually 125 bloated and today I’m 124. I’ll take it for the win!
This week I intend to be more diligent on walking more and working out again after a 1 month hiatus on that and keeping closer to my calories.
