First time seeing 122 anything in at least 6 months.

I’m the queen of maintaining. Calorie counting works! Can’t wait to get to goal to increase some.

Hehe! Working out again is helping my moods,glad to be back at it!
55.7 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
