Not bad- considering it wasn’t a good week food or booze wise- drank wed/thurs/fri/sat/sun.
Day 71 today (-13) was AF from yesterday

76.3 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
