Debbie Cousins's Journal, 20 Aug 20

Did everything I was supposed to do yesterday except get in my water (only had 3 cups). This morning is a different story. Without even hardly arguing with myself, I indulged in not ONE but 1-1/2 Butter Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches. It looks like my journal entry from yesterday didn't "take" because I notice this morning that my 1-1/2 pound weight gain wasn't recorded. I DID fill out my Challenge resulots and weighed in - honest. Must have gotten distracted and not hit SAVE. Well, this morning, I was up another half pound, even with staying on program yesterday. After that, I kinda had a "who cares" attitude and just at ate one BPBJ and then had another HALF one on top of that. I'm going to TRY to get on track and stay there for the rest of the day, but no promises.
108.0 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 39.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I've been using LC bread and sugar free preserves along with my PB...knocks the net carbs way down!

You can do this, don’t give up. We have all had days when we wake up and the scale just isn’t reading what we thought it would but that is when we have to buckle down and keep on keeping on. Losing weight definitely isn’t easy otherwise we would all wear a size zero lol. But you have been doing great you have got this.

you never know maybe that pbj will trick your body into losing as long as you get right back on track.

You can do this. If it proves keto is not the answer for you try something different.

Good aren't they? I like mine with a slice of mild Spanish onion on them. Now I'm salivating just talking about them. Now that you answered your craving, back on track and you'll win. Blessings.
