Not doing well all. Actually had to buy some new pajamas and some new underwear because all the ones I have are too tight and are leaving marks on my waist (or where my waist ShOULD be!) The scale is creeping up toward 250. Starting a modified Calorie Counting today.
111.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 43.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 2.5 kg a Week

Quarantine has been hard for me too.... I have gone up and down the same 10 pounds since March 🥵.... everyday is the opportunity to start again 💪🏽❤️❤️hang on darling.... you can do this for yourself because you’re worth it!!!!!🥰

How frustrating, Debbie! I hate when I have to buy larger clothes. Feels so defeating in the moment. However, having clothes that fit is important at any size. I am glad you have a plan for yourself. Be kind to yourself on this journey (not necessarily lenient but kind!)

Been there done that. Try to dump some water weight before spending on clothes you might get comfortable in. You can beat the scale, I have so much faith in you.🙏😘

Debbie I know what you are feeling I seem to keep gaining. I trying again to get on track. why is it so easy to gain but soooo hard to lose : )

Calorie counting is easier than anything else I've done and I hope you feel that way too.

I agree with DP. Calorie counting is the way to get the weight off. I don't know what "modified calorie counting" would mean in this context. Holding yourself accountable in logging for your food choices would help.

It’s not easy!! I too found keeping a food diary helped (even if a cheated a little) keep me accountable. 💕

Sorry to hear that Debbie. The struggle is real but hang in there. The more you stress about it the harder it will get. Try to have a positive outlook of this negative situation. Do an assessment and see what was wrong and jot down points that can make you avoid making that mistake again. Just small changes will produce great results. We love you...have a blessed day.
