Happy with the numbers on the scales still feeling a bit lethargic, I will begin taking a multivitamin from today. Will be adjusting diet to include green veg, yogurts, fibre whereever I can find it. My focus is now on sleep, walking, riding nothing to stressful on the knees until I get my weight down to an acceptable range.
146.1 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 59.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
