1 month in and exactly as planned

1 pound average a week and 4 down...

Calorie restriction is the science!!!!
I also walk 3-5 miles a day around 100 a month lately.
54.9 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
