yes, I am down a couple more fractions of weight! HEY I will count every tiny bit after being at a stand still for so long! I didn't keep the Fat Fast completely in line yesterday, but I did keep the Lowcarb going, which was a big accomplishment for me. So today we will go at it again. I think I need to plan things better. One big problem is my lower back/hip/butt area is hurting again. It pains to sit and stand from sitting. I'm laying down now with a heat pad under the area. That seems to help. I'm ok once I get up or down. But sitting this morning was not easy. I'm going to try to go for a walk on the beach, I think that might help. I have an apt for the chiropractor on Tuesday but if this continues I might have to see if I can get in sooner. Pain is NO FUN! BUT I will be true to my WOE!
