I worked in 109-98 degree weather outside all day, drank like 96 ounces of water plus a Gatorade. I lost a lot of fluids sweating omg! It was so hot. It also revealed a number I have not seen since Jan.

Nice! So close to my goal of 118 by Oct.
54.8 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
