Highest calorie day yesterday. Challenge results makes it look like I gained 3 pounds last week because I forgot to weigh in after last week's challenge. I really LOST a pound this week (but had GAINED 3-4 pounds the week before that). Even though the only thing I'm doing right is RECORDING everything I eat, at least I'm doing that ONE thing right, and it is helping somewhat. Not doing anything special for Labor Day. Just like any other day in our household. Hope that if you celebrate you will do so responsibly and enjoy your holiday.
111.1 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 43.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
