Suffering from sore lower back have no clue what started this or where this is coming from pain is 10/10 when I bend forwardor getup, no pain in my legs. Did not take any painkillers yesterday as I dislike medication of any sort, but I have had no choice today. I have taken 5 ibuprofen so far 3 in the morning 2 at lunch. Still in pain. Keto levels were 0.4 mmol/L as I overate at dinner. Still getting the hang of things diet wise
142.5 kg Lost so far: 11.6 kg.    Still to go: 55.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try cat and cow stretch exercises, and work on strengthening core muscles. Ibuprofen works for me but sometimes need voltaren 50 when i get a bout of bad back.
