Alright. Life is over. Well, not really... the bunch of stuff I need to do in life for a minute there is finally taken care of!

I am going back to the gym starting today after taking last week off. I used to freak out about that, but keeping the calories up while recovering always ends with one result: SUPERHUMAN STRENGTH!!

I feel like I can bench press 30lbs if I push hard enough!! I'm totally gonna slaughter this workout tonight!!

Anyhow, early bird getting some worms now.
71.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don’t listen to him, One! Running is awesome. It’s the only way to melt fat! Also, make sure you have a sweat belt on! It’ll really target and sculpt those abs, bro!! 👍🏻
