My turtle like weight-loss continues. 1.1 mmol/L ketones. I am going away today on a quick holiday, and I am going to visit Rockhampton, Yeppoon and Great Keppel Islands coming back Tuesday. I will take this time to reset eat corn, fish and chips, exercise and start all over again next week and stick to achieving nutritional ketosis (0.4mmol/L) in the mornings which allows me a greater range of carbs. I will then compare weightloss of two methods I use.
139.2 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 52.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
