Paleo pancakes I think I should probably cut those out or lower the serving size

Just lower the serving size like you said, and eat them slowly with a lot of water. They sound too good to cut out completely. 😊

I like to drink a large glass of water before each meal. That way I’m too full to be tempted to overeat.
