Looks like I'm on track to lose 8 lbs in September. Tracking everything keeps me honest with myself and keeps the scale ticking down. It wasn't an easy month; it felt like a struggle to get here so I'm hopeful October will be smoother.
134.5 kg Lost so far: 24.7 kg.    Still to go: 39.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
