😀HAPPY HUMP DAY😀

Jumped on the scales this morning, and i have lost 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 albeit very slightly, but happy none the less😀

Woke this morning and for the first time in, well since 🦕 roamed the earth, i drank water 💦 first thing rather than diet coke!!!

This is a huge accomplishment as diet coke has been the ONLY liquid to pass these lips for so, so, so long!

GO ME😀😀😀😀😀

82.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great work the more water you drink and less Diet Coke the more water you will want. A tip if you can cold turkey the coke, it is sweet despite not having the calories and it teaches your taste buds to want sweet things.

Mmmm cold turkey, huge leap!! I have cut down from 6 cans during the day to 3, and am going to try to hit the water in the morning first up😀

My husband used to have about 6litres of coke daily. Even before I met him 10 years ago Now he’s switched to guzzling milk 😏. When you stop coke you’ll notice the weight loss. He got headaches at first but now can’t stand the stuff
