Happy with weight-loss, Ketones at 0.2mmol/L. I am now operating with renewed vigor chasing that 24th December target that I will achieve.
137.9 kg Lost so far: 16.2 kg.    Still to go: 50.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
