Happy with weightloss, but kind of overdid eating today so not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow morning. Had a great day though.
137.5 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 50.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks for the encouragement all, weight-loss is one of those up and down battles. funnily enough I still lost weight after my mammoth cheat-day yesterday. Will keep soldering on.
