Finally reached this goal of 85kg, now for the biggie: 82kg by 01Jan21. So, I have put it out there. I last weighed 82kg 8 years ago.

85 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
