Slight Weightloss, Ketones at 0.6 mmol/L which is ok. Just another day trying to get healthier except it's wings day today so I will just have to deal with that. I guess I will get paprika and hot wings less carbs that way and remove more skin than usual.
136.8 kg Lost so far: 17.3 kg.    Still to go: 49.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
