This is my 1st day using this app. I read that people who use these apps (aka record what and when they eat) + their exercise have better success at losing weight. We shall see.. I've got a LOT of weight to lose. So here goes nothing!
105 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 35 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good luck. I’ve just started my weight loss journey too and I also have a lot to lose but we are all in this together. Oh God now I sound like an add about Carona 😬😆
