Happy with weight-loss. Ketones at 2.1 mmol/L. Will restrict diet and go low carb, low calorie
135.7 kg Lost so far: 18.4 kg.    Still to go: 48.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I find my intake affects me over two or even three days so be patient and kind to yourself. If you are honestly hungry at 9:30pm then eat.

Wow interesting theory, you are onto something, I have just analysed my weight on the 5th Oct a day after I had Icecream and BBQ Pork ribs in great quantity and it was normal. On the 6th Oct day after good eating I put on weight.
