Happy with weight-loss, slept at a good time, ketones at 3.3mmol/L which is excellent, overall lifes good. Have not prepared todays food so will have to contend with takeaway. I guess a learning curve as always but I will get it perfect.
134.7 kg Lost so far: 19.4 kg.    Still to go: 47.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
