Ketones at 2.9mmol/L which is excellent, No change in weight as I expected. Yesterday evening, my body was all sorts of looking heavy, water retention, looking round instead of sort of buffed and I reckon I had more Micellar Casein (60g of pure within 2.5 hrs) and Whey protein (another 60g - making it 120g total) than I could handle. I guess I will have look into the diet over the last 2 days and make adjustments maybe half the Whey intake.
134.4 kg Lost so far: 19.7 kg.    Still to go: 47.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
