Not really happy with weight-loss, hit the gym at 9:30pm last night for 1hr 15 mins, only lost 100g #Effort not equal to loss. Ketones at 3.3 mmol/L which is really good, now to get that to 4.0 then we are cooking with fat. I am looking strong though.
133.7 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 46.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

where is your gym that's open?! All of the gyms here are closed for the foreseeable future!!

Gym is in Qld, Gym availability depends on your location and I guess I am lucky so far till next lockdown which I hope never happens.
