Like I said .. my scales , one day happy 😃 next Not so 😂
91.8 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Lol, it’s funny how different scales give different readings. My new scales recorded a kilo less, so happy days for me. I suppose what we want out of scales ideally is consistency (which is where my old scales were letting me down!). One morning, I got off and on 3 times in a row and I got 3 completely different readings!!

my new scales read all this stuff like weight + BMI but also stuff like muscle mass, skeletal muscle, protein, body water, subcutaneous fat, visceral fat and a few more things. how could it possibly know these things!

My weight fluctuates wildly from day to day depending on what I eat/monthly cycle. Go by your weekly average :)
