Finally weight starting to come down, I am excited with my tiny weight-loss. It takes a few days going nowhere to appreciate every little move. I have analysed last week and I think my plateau was caused by too little calories in and oo much work so body quit on me. Now that I have upped calories going a lot better. I have joined a weight-loss challenge starting on Saturday and I am bringing my A game. Ketones 1.7mmol/L feeling good.
