I am feeling great and extremely surprised that I only gained 100g from my cheat day yesterday. I have been upping my calories since Friday and my body has managed to lose a bit of weight and I feel great even though I slept at 2am. Ketones at 0.5mmol/L but I would rather lose weight, feel great at Ketone level 0.5mmol/L than 4.0mmol/L which is excellent, feel crap, always be digging into my motivation pot and hit frequent plateau's so from tomorrow I am changing up everything. I have been doing a lot of research and coupled with a lot of data I have over the last 4 years recorded on fatsecret as well as corresponding in-body scans, I think I will be able to really hone in the best eating plans and patterns for me.
132.3 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 45.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
