Tiny bit of weight-loss but feeling great. I had a full blood panel test yesterday so had to fast at least 12 hrs. I realised this fasting thing is not for me. Ketones at 0.3 mmol/L meaning that the low carb bread I am having is not really that low carb. Anyway I am going to start concentrating less on Ketosis and more on quality and and type of calories and see what happens.
132.2 kg Lost so far: 21.9 kg.    Still to go: 45.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
