Happy with weight-loss finally, ketones at 0.7 mmol/L. I think I am about done with ketone daily measurement. I am going to concentrate on quality of food and exercise instead.I will use how I feel and the scale as a benchmark. No use feeling crappy and having high levels of ketosis. I have a long journey ahead and I plan for it to be fun.
131.6 kg Lost so far: 22.5 kg.    Still to go: 44.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
