睡前45.45 起床44.95 沒睡好,睡不久醒很多次。 昨晚餐買外食吃完,去了趟大賣場,回來吃了整碗加了紅豆的抹茶雪花冰(平常一次只吃一半),吃完爬升45.80(驚人)。 早醒也不覺得餓,午食就暫不吃了。
