Whooper weight-loss, I am in disbelief. I now have zero motivation for a cheat meal. I guess persistence pays off, PT is working well and I am happy overall, Ketones at 1.5mmol/L but who cares if I am dropping a kilo in 1 day. I am paying a fortune though in all the other supporting nutrients, Probiotics, Fish Oil, Krill Oil, Carnitine, Glucosamine MSM Chondroitin for Joints, Tumeric, Multi-vitamins, Vit D, Calcium to try and ensure that my body is in perfect balance. I suggest before anyone tries weight-loss to get a full blood panel done that way you know if you are lacking in iron, specific vitamins and so forth. Anyway only failure in my plan is sleeping time I need to plan to slow down.
129 kg Lost so far: 25.1 kg.    Still to go: 42 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
